Opal

Opal is an 18x11 inch antique convexed frame with all original hardware and several layers of paint from previous owners. This frame is dating somewhere between the late 1800 to early 1900 based off the two photo's that were housed inside. One of which being a late Tin Type. The photo of the small child, affectionately named Opal, has no markings on her photo. However based on her clothing and the photos hue she was photographed somewhere around the 1910s. It is not known if this was the original photo.
Opal has been adorned with a collection of delicate natural and dyed flowers, hand picked ferns, and emu belly feathers. In the middle is a sheeps jaw with a surface abnormality, a single present tooth, and a small butterfly coordinating with the photos tone as a finishing touch.
